General Rules

Products ordered by the Buyer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer as the delivery address for that order (“Delivery Address”).
Shamanique delivers throughout Romania.
Invoices are sent by e-mail to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of registration on the Shamanique website, or on paper along with the order.

Delivery Options


Courier / EasyBox delivery – Depending on the product, an estimated delivery fee will be shown when placing the order. This can also be viewed in your account under “My Orders”.


General Provisions

The Buyer or recipient must check the external condition of the parcel and products at the time of delivery.
If there are any visible issues (e.g. damaged or opened packaging, signs of leakage, missing or damaged items), the Buyer or recipient must follow the procedure described in the Terms and Conditions (sections 5.3.2 and 5.3.3).
Failure to follow this procedure will invalidate any claim against the carrier or ShamaniqueWorld, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

The customer may contact ShamaniqueWorld for guidance on returning damaged products. The return procedure must be followed precisely in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Delivery Times

Delivery times commence from the confirmation of your order and depend on product availability.

  • Standard courier delivery: 1 to 3 working days*
    (*Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or public holidays.)

Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed on the next working day. Delivery should be attempted within 1–3 working days from the confirmation. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 30 days from the date of ordering.

If your order includes personalised products, please allow an additional 24 working hours for preparation.
