1. Initial provisions
The relationship between seller and buyer is governed by:
- Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection
- Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts with professionals
- Law no. 363/2007 on combating unfair commercial practices and aligning regulations with EU consumer protection law
- Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce
These terms define the relationship between SNS.GROUP.RO SRL (operator of www.aumperfumes.com) and you, our customer. They apply to all purchases made online, by phone, or in our physical stores.
2. Formation of the purchase agreement
By placing an order, you agree to communication via telephone or e‑mail.
The contract is considered concluded once your order has been confirmed by telephone or e‑mail.
All product listings on the website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual obligation. We reserve the right to limit product quantities, particularly during promotions or clearance sales. Products are offered in quantities suitable for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Payment terms and prices

4. Complaints

5. Delivery
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The seller ensures delivery to the address specified by the buyer at the time of ordering.
We advise all customers to inspect the parcel and products upon delivery and to notify us immediately of any visible damage or issues.
