For online orders, our store is open 24/7, so we welcome you to visit us at any time, day or night. Your orders will reach us no matter when they are placed.

The shopping basket is located in the upper-right corner. To add a product, first select the item, then choose the model and quantity, and click the “ADD TO CART” button. You can modify the products and quantities in your cart at any time.

Step 2: Entering billing and delivery details

If you are an existing customer, complete the “I am already a customer” section using your login details (e‑mail address and password). Your previous billing and delivery information will be filled in automatically. You may keep it as is or update it on this page.

If this is your first order on www.aumperfumes.com, please provide all required billing, delivery, and contact details, and select your preferred payment method.

Step 3: Completing your order

Before placing your order, please read the Terms and Conditions carefully, tick the box to confirm your agreement, and accept them. After reviewing the contents of your cart and confirming your delivery information, finalise your order by clicking the “Place Order” button.

Please note that submitting an order on our website does not automatically confirm it. Your order will only be considered confirmed once it has been validated by telephone by a member of our team, to ensure product availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted with available options (including cancellation or delayed delivery, if applicable).

Important! All orders received after 4:00 p.m. will be processed on the next working day, and the delivery timeframe will be calculated from that point.
