Step 1: Notify us of your intention to return

You may do so by:

E-mail: Send an e-mail to contact@aumperfumes.com with the subject line “Return Request”, including:

  • Your full name
  • Registered e-mail address
  • Order number
  • Invoice number and date
  • Whether you would like a refund or a replacement
  • Your IBAN account number (for refunds)

We will confirm the return procedure via e-mail or phone within 48 hours, provided your request meets the conditions.


Step 2: Prepare the parcel and arrange collection

  • Carefully pack the item (e.g. in a sealed box with bubble wrap)
  • Include the original invoice and any promotional or gift products received
  • Add the completed and signed return form
  • Contact Fan Courier at 021 9336 to schedule collection

⚠ Parcels sent to Aum Perfumes without a prior return request or with delivery charges payable by us will be refused.


Step 3: Parcel collection

Once your return request is registered, Aum Perfumes will arrange courier collection. You will be contacted the same or next working day for shipment details.


Step 4: Product inspection

Upon receipt, the product will be examined to verify its condition. If it does not meet return eligibility, it will be returned to you at your expense.
You will be informed of the result within 48 hours.


Step 5: Refund or replacement

If all return conditions are met and you requested a refund, the amount will be reimbursed to your account within 14 calendar days from the date the product is received.

If you requested a replacement, we will dispatch the new item. Please note that the shipping costs for the replacement are your responsibility.
